CallFast collects and processes the information required to operate pay-per-call-click landing pages, provider accounts, invoices, payment reviews, campaign controls, support tickets and service security.
We may collect provider account details, business name, phone numbers, landing page settings, campaign status, daily click limits, payment method preferences, invoices, support messages and related account activity.
When a visitor clicks the protected Call Now button, we may record technical click data such as date, time, IP address, device/browser information, country, city, landing page, provider, selected phone number and call-click result. This data is used for reporting, fraud prevention, fair number distribution and billing transparency.
We may use IP-based location signals, browser language and network headers to estimate a visitor's country, city, currency, available payment methods and display language. Location data may be inaccurate, especially when VPNs, proxies or mobile networks are used.
If bank transfer is selected, the provider may be required to upload a payment receipt for admin review. Receipt files and payment notes are used only to verify payment status, maintain invoice records and protect against billing disputes. Cash payments may be submitted without a receipt but still require admin approval before the invoice is marked as paid.
Admins may upload provider-specific landing page background videos and titles. These media files are displayed on the provider's landing page as configured. Providers must ensure they have the legal right to use any media, brand assets or text displayed on their pages.
Data is used to operate landing pages, route clicks fairly across provider phone numbers, apply daily click limits, show country-based payment methods, generate reports, review payments, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues and improve service reliability.
We do not sell provider data. We may share limited data with hosting, storage, security, analytics, payment or infrastructure providers when needed to operate the service. Admin users, account managers or collectors may see account, invoice, receipt and click data according to their permissions.
We keep operational, invoice, click and payment review records for as long as needed for service operation, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Admins may remove or disable content where technically and legally permitted.
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Providers are responsible for protecting their login details and ensuring that only authorized users access their accounts.
