CallFast provides pay-per-call-click landing pages and lead tracking tools. By using the service, providers agree to these terms and to any pricing, country, payment, campaign and account settings configured by the administrator.
Providers are billed for recorded clicks on the protected Call Now button according to their configured click price, currency, country settings and active invoice rules. Billing is based on system-recorded click events, not on completed sales, call duration, answered calls or customer outcome.
If a provider adds more than one phone number, the system attempts to distribute click routing fairly across active numbers. Temporary differences can occur due to disabled numbers, limits, technical errors, duplicate clicks, visitor behavior, network issues or admin changes.
Providers may have a daily click limit. The minimum allowed daily limit is 30 clicks. When the daily limit is reached, the landing page may stop accepting new billable Call Now clicks until the provider's next service day starts according to the configured campaign settings.
Campaign availability can depend on the provider's working days, credit, invoice status, account status and campaign status. The administrator or provider may turn a campaign on or off when permitted. A new service day is calculated at midnight.
Available payment methods may vary by provider country and admin configuration. Payment methods shown to a provider are the methods enabled for that provider's country, which may include online payment gateways, bank transfer or cash payment.
Bank transfer payments require receipt upload when requested by the system and remain pending until reviewed and approved by the administrator. Cash payments do not require receipt upload by default, but also remain pending until reviewed and approved by the administrator. Submitting a payment request does not automatically mark an invoice as paid.
The administrator may approve, reject or request verification for manual payments. If payment information is incomplete, false, duplicated, unreadable or cannot be verified, the invoice may remain unpaid and service access may be limited according to the platform rules.
Providers are responsible for keeping their business information, phone numbers, landing page title, campaign settings, payment details accurate. Providers must not upload illegal, misleading, offensive, copyrighted or unauthorized media to their landing pages.
Provider-specific background videos may be uploaded by the administrator and displayed without visual overlay, blur, dimming or transparency unless otherwise configured. Providers are responsible for ensuring that displayed media is lawful, appropriate and authorized for commercial use.
The administrator may pause campaigns, suspend accounts, block receiving new clicks, reject payments, remove landing page media or limit access when there is suspected fraud, unpaid invoices, abuse, technical risk, policy violation or inaccurate account information.
CallFast records and routes call-click leads, but does not guarantee sales, answered calls, customer quality, conversion rate, call duration, ranking, traffic volume or business revenue.
The service may be affected by hosting issues, browser restrictions, device settings, telecom errors, payment gateway outages, network failures, geolocation inaccuracies, maintenance or third-party service interruptions.
The administrator may update these terms, payment rules, pricing, available methods, limits and platform features when needed. Continued use of the service after updates means acceptance of the updated terms.
